DTDC - DTDC lost my package and refusing to update website indirectly delaying refund replacement process

*. I was scheduled to receive an order with in same city on **/**/**** when I checked the DTDC website with tracking it said out for delivery then later after some time upon not receiving the parcel I have revisited the website to see if there was any update and it said parcel was undeliverable. I have then contacted my local DTDC distributor office where he confirmed of parcel location with another distributor upon calling them they informed me that they have returned the parcel to service centre which is Himayath nagar the same day as they received it incorrectly and they wont/can't deliver to my location they have also assured that now Himayath redirect my parcel to my local DTDC distributor and I would receive my parcel by **/**/**
I have patiently waited for my parcel on **/**/**** and not received and we have visited himayath nagar DTDC directly to collect parcel and they lied to us saying we are busy loading other parcels and will surely deliver the next day another day passed another lie that they would deliver
I kept calling them **-** times a days to which they only responded to one call saying the system says parcel is in the branch but they can’t find it and requested to give them one day to search and will update me. I have waited again and next day same story this time they said they can’t find parcel and will mark it as lost on **/**/**** so I will get refund. I have texted them again on **/** they said office is closed due to festival and will update on **/** first thing in the morning. Meanwhile I have been coordinating with sender all the updates and they have raised complaint from their end as well. On **/** when sender contacted Himayath nagar branch they lied to them that they are searching for the package. Now, I am calling and texting DTDC continuously with no response as I am sitting at loss as sender can’t refund/replace my item with this irresponsible DTDC updating the system
