Hi Sir, Ma'am, I have ordered a Boat Smartwatch from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of **** on *nd February **** . Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and returned it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my watch next day. On **th february, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next * to ** business days" I waited till ** february but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to my bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your bank. I called to PNB Customer Care and they said they can't check the transaction using reference number provided by Merchant Flipkart.com. Now I've been continuously mentally harassed by flipkart.com as they are not helping me with my refund. If the money is not reflected in my account then it's the responsibility of seller to raise a complaint to bank but they're constantly misleading me. I HAVE ALREADY SENT THEM MY BANK STATEMENT SEVERAL TIMES AND I'M GOING TO ATTACH THAT HERE AS WELL. They are saying that they paid me by IMPS which is totally false claim as they himself texted me that refund is failed by IMPS and they'll try by NEFT which they never did. I provided them every thing they asked. Sir, I am going to attach the SMS i received from merchant and my bank statement as well . Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue.
