Rohit PRakash filed complaint against Swiggy on Mar 13, 2022
I had placed an order with Swiggy dated **-Mar-**** and payment worth Rs *** was made via Paytm (transaction reference no ************ ) .
Later the Restaurant had called me as the Delivery boy did not turn to pick the food from the restaurant , the order was cancelled . I had notified the Swiggy Team about the same ,they were helpless and said the Delivery boy had switched off his mobile .
The order was cancelled by swiggy and the restaurant boy delivered me the food for which again I had to pay him rs ***.
It has been ** hours and I have not received the refund from Swiggy . I had mailed my bank statement also to the Swiggy team which clearly shows there is no amount refunded by swiggy and they are not helping .
Instead today the Swiggy team sends me a Fraudulent activity email
Please assist me as Swiggy is looting its customers .
