I have received Nutella product which was opened. I have raised a request on Feb**th and they assured me it will replace within **hours. I have approached CSHead of jio to look into this but they came back and said "With reference to the mail below, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to carry out the replacement due to the non-availability of the damaged item." They have not refunded as well. Could you please help?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
