I ordered from zomato yesterday as I was already having troubles with swiggy regarding orders. It turned out zomato is even worse. They clearly refused to help me with anything. I got spilt order from them as well. Also, the food was entirely cold.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
