Syed Buhari Moulana.MSM filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Jan 21, 2021
I am completely frustrated with the service provided by the TATA Cliq & I am escalating this to you & I need quick resolution.
I have ordered Orient Electric gratia **** mm * blade fan - * no's on ** the November.
I got partial delivery (* qty only) on **rd November& also the colour was a mismatch from the ordered one.
I ordered for TOPAZ gold but got metallic brown, I was trying to reach the customer care but could not.
The next day (** Nov pls ref below image) I got a message saying that your delivery is delayed & will be delivered on **th November.
So I waited till ** th November but still, my partial product was not delivered & I registered my first complaint on *rd December.
I explained everything from the first & logged the complaint & sent all the required details to the TATA CLiq WhatsApp complaint no (***** *****).
But later got the reply that we are unable to contact back.
I am registering the complaint again & again but there is no resolution provided till date.
After complaining so many times also, I am getting the reply that timeline to log your complaint time is only * days.
Then why did they sent this message to me that it will get delivered before November ** & confused me to wait till date?
I am not going to make other customers experience the same.
I never expected such a worst service from TATA Cliq & I am not going to stop this & I will highlight this concern till I get resolution.
I need a clear justification for this & this is not about money & its about the service & reputation.
