On **-Sep-** ,I have order and paid for a item(book) on Amazon.in ,On **th Sep-** it shown on amazon that the ordered item will be delivered on tomorrow (**-Sep-**) .
On **-Sep-** the mail came from amazon that your package will be delivered by * pm by our delivery agent .On **-Sep-** at **.** am the mail came that it is successfully delivered .Even in amazon site it order option it shows that the package directly handed to customer.
But actually the package is not deliver to the customer on **-Sep-**.Nor received any call from delivery agent.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
