sadique filed complaint against DTDC on Nov 22, 2021
I have ordered a shipment to mangaon from Gandhinagar. That was an important consignment, so i thought of sending it through DTDC on **th Nov ****. I was told that parcel would be received by **th Nov. Its been * days since the package is out of delivery, but I haven't received it. I raised the issue in DTDC Gandhinagar, but the team is not able to track the package nor do they have any concrete answer.
I have been following up for few days but still issue is not getting resolved.
