I booked UK and Europe Package from Yatra for my honeymoon. Below is the reference number.

However the fraud has began from the start itself. I purchased Visa Protection Plan in case my visa get rejected I do not face financial loss. However the sales representative didn't told that it has expiry plan.
Now during the coronavirus outbreak that spread in whole world, my date of travel is *st May'****. Yatra is not taking any kind of responsibility and very reluctant in providing any concrete statement over the mail so that they can save themselves from any written proof.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
