Day *
* June Flipkart delivered daikin *.* ton inverter AC and product was received partially. Only outdoor unit of AC was present in packaging
Next day Jeeves technical team who work with Flipkart came for installation opened the box and found that indoor unit is missing and it was reported to Flipkart by them.
Next *-* days I called and raised issues through customer care Flipkart and on there Facebook and twitter pages.
The only reply on every call and post made was that your issue is being resolved and kindly wait .
However till * days when no resolution was provided I finally made a request through Flipkart app to return the product. The request was received by Flipkart and next day technician came and checked the product and filed the missing product complained and approved the return result .
Today at around ** pm Flipkart wishmaster came and collected the product as per the return request and took it back. After three hours they came back saying we cannot accept the product as this product is incomplete .
On saying that this is the product I have received and while I was talking with Flipkart customer support those delivery guys got instruction from there superior to leave the product and run. They literally ran away.
I tried to go till gate but they ran away.
This is pathetic and mentally harassing me. I want compensation and quick resolution . Flipkart is unable to solve the problem now so this has to be reported . Please help
