Amazon India - Package was not delivered

This guys mishandled my order for past a week they didn't care to contact and when I finally decided to pick it up from the center they cared to tell me delivery has issues because of address where as the same courier has sent me * deliveries on the same damn address and when I'm gonna pick up this guys just decided to close it off and return it, who did this guys ask no text no call and it's being returned, they didn't cared to ask that a week ago but now they suddenly remembered because I was coming up to pick up myself, I need that parcel without being returned, It was in my city from **th of may and on **th they just decided to return this people tried delivery attempt that too I was not informed I never got a msg or call from the delivery executive and then I finally opened app it was on hold i waited a whole week but not once they cared to deliver it or try contacting me and when I did they just returned it.
