Zomato - Package was delivered with spillage and the packing items were mixed with my food

I had ordered food from a restaurant on **-**-** for * veal fry with rumali roti. I got the package with fully immersed in oil and the packing materials were mixed with my food and completely not in a edible form. I had to end up dispose off the food and had to stay hunger all night as the restaurants all closed after ** in chennai. I had a sleepless night. I had complained to the zomato executive several times and they kept repeating the same stupid dialogues of making this better next time and they didn’t intend to even get the refund for me or didn’t provide any kind of help from their end. They are such an useless bunch of people making our life so miserable. Despite charging high amount for delivery and packing. I’m also a zomato pro and zomato plus member. Still they don’t give a shit to our concern. These corporate buggers are just looting from us
