want to reach out regarding AWB numbers **** ** ******** delivered to be on ** June ****.
the time the package was handed over to me, it was deliberately opened and empty. I informed same to courier person and then he searched his bag and found the item and handed it over to me. I found that the internal packaging was also opened and the delivery person also agreed on the same. when I inspected the content of the product (oil), I found that it was tampered and contents were not as same as the supplier sent to me. I also shared the package images with the supplies and had a long conversation and both agreed that the package was deliberately opened. Currently, the tampered prioduct is of no use to me and the client is also not accepting it as its contents are compromised.
I am daily reminding twitter handle of helpdesk- delhivery but no concrete response is given.
Also someone names sahil jaiswal contacted me, but he didn't resolve this issue and * months have passed and he is not receiving my calls either.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
