Rishabh agarwal filed complaint against PayTM on Oct 29, 2018
It’s been ** days since the delivery guy successfully picked up the package and the status on the courier company’s web portal showing successfully returned. Still I haven’t received my refund amount inspite of filling the NEFT details as asked by Paytm. ** days duration period is also over, which Paytm says is taken by bank for their inner process to take place. Who is responsible for this now? Because on the Paytm app too, it’s not clear and their is not direct way to contact them.
