The order was picked up before time and delivered within ** mins. Which is why I fail to understand why the pizza got so soggy that it practically was sticking to the base of the pizza box as evident from the video.
The pizza was cold, seemed old and stale as well.
To specify, both the pizzas were cold which seems odd considering the short time it took to get delivered. Furthermore, only the paneer supreme pizza was sticking to the pizza box.
I'm really not happy with how the product was sent and with the quality of it.
Swiggy's chat services don't work realtime, they said they will get back to me within ** hours. I wasn't even able to get the product returned or exchanged.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
