SHREY PAVITHRAN filed complaint against Zivame on Feb 8, 2023
I had made an order with COD on *th November. My order no ********* was delivered by Bluedart delivery agent but since the GPAY transaction was under process, the agent refused to handover the courier and asked to cancel the order. But, after few hours the transaction was successful, attaching the screenshot below. I had been request to process the refund of Rs. *** since November ****. It is still unresolved. Kindly help me.
