This is with respect to my pickup done by Shadowfax, of Ajio I ordered an item on *rd March **** from Ajio, and got it exchanged on **th March ****, but due to a fit issue, I filed a return request for the item. I got a pickup msg on **th April ****, the pickup boy called me and asked me for the location over WhatsApp, I was busy with office work, my brother gave him the item, and confirmed that we will give OTP to him over call. I called him and gave him OTP in the evening, and he said he will do it, the system is not working to accept OTP, but he will do it. I got msg from Ajio on the **th of April, that item is not picked up, I called the pickup boy, and I had his number as I shared the location over WhatsApp, and he confirmed that he has given the item to the warehouse. I raised a complaint in Ajio twice but they did not solve the issue. I got a call from ShadowFax as I raised complaints, so the team, I, and the pickup boy were on a conference call, the pickup boy confirmed that he has forwarded the item, and the ShadowFax team said they will talk to the Ajio team. Please help me, I have attached screenshots. Ajio Order ID -EX**********, Shadowfax AWB - R*********AJI.
