Myntra - Package not returned

Pathetic Myntra policy. At the time of purchase, I was not told that my area is not under service for returns however the same shopping site provides delivery to the same pin code. I decided to return the product in * mins after receiving it but in vain had been trying to call their customer care and running behind them like cats and dogs for the past * days. I was being told to self-ship and the amount for the same would be added to Myntra credit, how can one do shopping again from the same website where you had worst experience of life to claim the credit. It not the matter of Rs *** but now its the matter of unprofessionalism and high BP given by myntra to me. I simply will not spare them.
