I have ordered rakhi gift with chocolates on *th august **** , delivery date was given at that time was **th aug **** now ** aug **** went by. My order still pending, I have sent more than * emails regarding same issue . Have not received any call from them. I want to cancel to order and want my money back. Whole festival day finished. Rakhi with gift still not received. How careless this whole process is.
