I ordered cake for my husband's birthday which i was supposed to get at *- * pm. Delivery person's calls me and says i am ** kms away from your location. Inspite of giving him correct address he went to wrong location. Finally after numerous calls to customer care he reached at * pm with wet cake due to rain which was all destroyed.
When i asked for cancellation of order so i can buy cake from shop, they did not cancel my order. They delivered replacement cake at * pm.
Which is wrong as there was party at * pm , they can not deliver birthday cake when ever they want.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
