I placed an order from igp who he as scheduled to be delivered on **th august. It was a Raksha Bandhan gift and I wanted to deliver it to my brother a day before. They didn’t deliver it that day and now they are not even responding to the emails or calls. They have literally spoiled it for me. Worst customer service experience by any brand. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Please go for reputed brands like Ferns and petals, floweraura
