My pickup was scheduled but it's not been done . From last * days there have been fake updates done on the status .
Delhivery is updating that customer is not available from last * days wherein nobody is coming for pickup on first place .
I was able to call one person but he made a fool out of me saying he will need to reschedule for morning and need OTP for that . Now my package pickup is showing cancelled.
There is no reply on emails and Twitter also .
They don't have any customer care number to call , all the mentioned numbers are FAKE. Nobody is replying on raised tickets .

To all the readers please conside twice befor hiring this company,they are taking * responsibility and blatantly making false updates . There is nobody to reach out to for help . Just working on make money by hook or by crook .
