I ordered a kotty cotton lycra girls high rise jeans from Snapdeal. I Have some size issue with the product so i choose to return the product. I requested return on ** may ****. My product picked up on ** may but in Snapdeal app it's not showing it's picked up so i call the coustomer care about it and they said it's some error soon it will update. After that it's not resolved so i again contacted to coustomer care they said we raise your complaint against it and said wait for * days. I waited and it's not resolved i again called to snapdeal coustomer care they again said wait for * days. After **-** days later they said it's not verified from the delivery boy as it's all there fault what should i do they said call the delivery boy and say him to return your product i called him and he returned me my product after that i again called the coustomer care to return they raise my return but it's ** july still the product not picked up i usually call to coustomer care but not getting my refund and nothing else please help me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
