I purchased a protein powder for which the return request was sent on ** June however no one ever came to pick up the product and twice it was escalated however never resolved. Now, Amazon India is refusing to process the refund which was committed by their executive/agent and they are not willing to resolve this. Such a poor brand... Never buy anything from them..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
