Tracking # *************. I had ordered guitar and it's accessories from John's Music through online on *th Sep ****. It reached Bangalore on *-Sep-**** and Delhivery have been unable to deliver it my place since then. I have raised multiple requests to customer.support@delhivery.com and each time they say that it would be delivered out at earliest.

Below are the challenges i have been facing from Delhivery:
*) They do not have any customer care number where we can call and follow-up on our order
*) Delayed response and they don't care for customer needs
*) They have been operating with Operational challenges and expect customers to keep on waiting just to get a response from their end since i have lost hope of getting the shipment from Delhivery.
*) Careless attitude towards customers
*) Do not acknowledge customer queries and provide resolution on timely basis
