I ordered LG Smart TV(**inch) from Flipkart on **th Aug and expected delivery was for **st Aug. I was tracking this closely and the unit reached to my city delivery centre on **th Aug. Still i was waiting that they will deliver by **st. When delivery didn't happened , i called Flipkart and they said that team is working and will get back to me in **hrs. Again i called on **nd and no resolution . I twitted and then they said that delivery will be done on **th . Social Media handler of Flipkart called me on **th and promised me that she will get back to me on **th with the update. There is no update still. I am continuously following up with Flipkart. They are so irresponsible that no one is willing to provide me the update. It's me who is following up regularly with them and asking for the update.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
