DTDC - Package Not Delivered

I have sent a package of return item, that I have ordered from Paytm, via DTDC Courier service on **/**/****. I was guided by the paytm customer service to self ship the return item to the seller address via any courier service. But after I send via dtdc courier services, I am not getting any update after **th aug ****. I have contacted their customer service no *********** ** times, but each time they make some excuse and disconnect the call. I have also mailed at their customer support mail address (customersupport@dtdc.com) but didn't get any reply. The package was containing * Peter England Shirt & * Peter England Trouser Worth rs ****.
I would like to request you to look at this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
