My package containing RAAKHI and today is the day. My package reached my city but dtdc is closed. Dtdc boy called me up to collect the package though their responsibility to deliver it to me. Even then i visited found office is closed i called back the dtdc boy but he responded badly and informed me that delivery will be day after tommorrow. Today is RAAKHI and my package containing raakhi. DTDC should be responsible about the emotions of its customer. Invaluable loss to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
