Jen filed complaint against Reliance Trends on Aug 23, 2018
have ordered * items on Reliance trends.com with order id TR******** on **st July. Out of that * have been delivered in time by Delhivery.
But * of my items have to be delivered by ** July by Xpressbees. Not only they haven't delivered it in time but also I am not even able to find the status of my order. The tracking is not available on their side or even on the courier side.
One month is over.
I have been contacting their customer care a lot. But they have been continuously telling me to wait a bit because complaint has already been raised. Everyday I have been contacting them to at least give my money back.
Whenever I say cancel the delivery and give my money back they are like I have to wait * more business days and they will update on it. It was a mistake by their side.
I would like to file a complaint against them as they are responding in careless manner and yet no update on my money.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
