Reliance Trends - Transaction issue

Hi team, i have paid ***rs in trends which is in amb mall on **th and while amount is debited in my account in recipient bank its still processing and in the middle other staff came and he thought payment didnt started and he pressed back. Now in the machine its showing as process rebersed and i have complained them to raise a ticket with IT for my amount reversal after *days they have raised and informwd me it will take *days but till now i haven't received any update or amount. I have asked the store manager to check in their bank account because my bank people informed that amlunt is credited in reliance bank account successfully but store manager is denying to check that and he is not giving any update.
