Fedex India - Package not delivered

I ordered computer parts from an online website. The website shipped the package with Fedex India courier service on **/**/****.
Scheduled delivery date given by Fedex was **/**/*****.
Today is **/**/**** but the parcel is not delivered.
There is no update from Fedex. I filed a complaint in Fedex but they just gave me a reference number ********** and did nothing.
