On *st June I placed an order of Philips Trimmer on the Nykaa website. All good till here.. The delivery date I received was for *th June,****.I waited very patiently. *th June arrived, whole day I kept on checking the status of my order and at *:** pm I received the message from Nykaa that their delivery guy tried to deliver the product but I refused to accept it. I am so pissed right now that I so want to sue this company because of this very unprofessional experience I had. On *th June I called the delhivery vendor, stayed on hold for half an hour with no success to reach any agent. Contacted Nykaa through chat and phone spoke with various agents.. all they did is to submit re attempt delivery mail. Wrote to Nykaa grievance officer SAURABH no reply received. Finally able to speak with someone at Delhivery but again no help received from them too. Till now I have not recived the order.. dont know what to do.. they are refusing to refund my money also. Nykaa order number is NYK-********-******* the order tracking number is ************* the Courier Name:DelhiverySurface.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
