Out of totoal of * bags(* box and * bag)
They have only delivered me *box ...* bag is still missing.
This is also written on the slip given by them to me.
Even the plastic wrap packaging which was promised to us by the company was not done and by the time it came to my doorstep the boxes were torn off from sides.
Its been more than * weeks since i have recieved any update on the same.
I have lodged multiple online complaint , mailed them even called there customer care office and there is no proper response from Gati nor any update on online ticket as well
Seriously the worst movers company i would never recommend this to anyone
and moreover infrom my college TO BAN Gati from next year AND will also be putting this is my various colleges groups as i got to know there are many other students whose bags are missing as well
Either return my bag or give me my insurance money
