Akash Rajput filed complaint against Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection on Feb 18, 2020
I purchased jeeves mobile protection for Rs*** while purchasing phone which was of Rs***** on *july ****. My phone screen was broken and I applied for screen replacement to jeeves on **th jan ****. It was picked up by them on **th jan and was delievered to them on **th january. Today it is **th february and still they have not given any update. When i call jeeves customer care they say to wait for **hrs.This is going on from ** days. Also tried calling flipkart but they also tell me to wait. I want my phone back or full refund.Its over a month now.please HELP
