I've ordered few orders in Amazon worth rupees ****. I've got a message saying that it is delivered. But actually it is not delivered. So I've lodged a complaint against the issue in Amazon via customer care. They've said they will initiate a investigation on that and will provide a solution.
Even after ** days there is no update, hence I've called them and enquired regarding the status of my complaint, they leisurely answered that the investigation has been completed and it says item is delivered.
How can an investigation can be done without consulting me. There is no signature on any receiving delivery. They've just said nothing can be done.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
