dear sir/ma'am,
i ordered a product from paytm mall. kindly note the order details-Order No. **********, ordered on ** June **** **:** pm.
on paytm mall tracking details showing that the product is out for delivery on **-june-****.
today it is **-june-****. still the product is not delivered.
i contacted the gati customer support daily for past * days. they are saying "Sorry for the inconvenience as shipment is not delivered till now .
A complaint has been raised against the docket and we request you to give some time to get your issue resolved".
but still the issue not resolved. for past ** days the tracking details showing "product is out for delivery".
is this the way you respond to your customers?
i want immediate action.
