Rakesh Shah filed complaint against Mi India on Nov 1, 2019
Till date i havent receive my order. ****************. I have ordered Mi Tv ** inch for which i have placed ordered and paid on **th oct. The product was shipped by Fedex and was on hold at Kolkata since **th Oct due to airway bill and invoice not submitted. I have conveyed the same message to MI India call centre which i had acquire from Fedex. Since then they keep on lodging complaint and comes up with the same reply that their backend team is working for resolution. I specifically told them to mail the docs to Fedex, but they never listen.
Even i ask them to cancel the order and refund the money, but they are not in a mood to listen.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
