We had placed order at Oriflame India on Sep **th, ****. The parcel was supposed to be delivered by Delhivery. The shipment status is being changed each day and same message is shown in tracking details - saying "reached to destination city" or "In transit". There customer service in not operational. I visited their office near me but no help. My order ID is ************ and Tracking ID *************. Please help.
