I ordered a Karp Magnetic Screen Door Full Frame Mosquito Door Net With Hook & Loop Fastener Tape (*** Cm W X *** Cm H) (Package Weight - *** Grams)- Coffee Color from Amazon and on *nd September it was updated on their website as delivered although it wasn't. I provided delivery feedback on the next day as item not delivered. No action was taken by them to resolve the issue and when I contacted them I am told that nothing can be done now since the return window has expired for this item.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
