I order on Amazon.in on *th august * silver bar cost ***** and the maximum delivery estimate was **th august. Item comes in Gurgaon **th August delivery centre and next day they cancelled my order and ship it back to seller without notifying me and no delivery attempt they don't even call me. When I order I paid for same item ***** now today I received a refund on **th August and now I'm trying to place my order it shows me same item cost ***** for the same item. I contact many time Amazon regarding the order and they denied to help me anymore. Then I contact seller on Amazon he told me he shipped my order not cancel by his side. Amazon logistic cancel this order without notifying both buyer and seller. The reason they are giving me is location is out of the service area but this is not true. I order from Amazon for same delivery address many times always get my package on the same address. I request Amazon to pay the difference for my new order but they are not going to help me anymore. I request you to escalate my issue to Amazon for price difference and inconvenience cause me. I call every day * times for delivery and regarding my issue now customer service is talking with me very rude behaviour. I want price difference and compensation. I block my money for ** days not get order or solution from Amazon side it's is clear Amazon mistake and they don't want to accept it and not taking orders seriously and it's high-value item still there is no responsibility they are showing for the customer.
