I have ordered air cooler from rentickle.com on ** April. I have paid online.i attached all the documents needed and also I have emailed them .but I didn't get any response.i tried to call them through customer service number .even then no response.the computer generated voice keep telling this" ur queue no is *.please wait." I have paid **** rupees.i need air cooler so urgently.i have a small baby and it's soo hot here in hyderabad. My baby is not able to sleep properly day and night.she is so irritated and crying.my money got stuck and I am not able to book in any other online portals too.. I have mailed them soon many times but no reply..i am so mentally disturbed.please help me getting back my money.
