I have sent a courier via Delhivery. After * weeks I have asked for proof of delivery but they simply said the courier is lost and they can pay only Rs. *** (since I have mentioned the value as Rs. *** while sending). But the actual product value is Rs. ***+** ( Rs. ** which I paid as courier charge).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
