Byjus learning app - package not delivered

This mail is regarding complaining against your system miss commitment and keeping us in dark about the the delivery of your product. Your executive Mr Ashish diman came to explain about your byju’s product from class **th to **th at that time he said as many great things about your company product and your services given to customers . Me and my family got locked in his words. So we agreed to purchase the same. Firstly Ashish Dhiman committed about price. He manipulated the things while explaining cost of the product. He committed us tocharge **,*** of the software with tablet. But when I got the confirmation call regarding your product they told me about ** thousand rupees. But as per our discussion with Ashish dhaman I told them that I only need your software ,online tutorials each and everything which is provided by the company to evaluate study of my child except the tablet. He misguided us on phone and after that he never pick the call from last * months.we have called so many times to customer care to check status of our product.After few days customer care called us that our product has been cancelled due to their internal issues. I said ok and ask them about my financial documents which I have given to your executive duly signed by me and my wife. Because Mr Ashish Dhiman had finance that product through IIFL and Bajaj finance. Few days later I got a message from Bajaj and IIFL that your loan has been sanctioned. From there your companies fraud has been disclosed. I have called many times do your customer care regarding this issue but they always given me the same and foolish answer,” so we are trying to resolve your problem and trying to talk to a higher authorities about your issue and call you back.,”. But till date I and my wife had never got any fruitful answer from your side.in the meanwhile when I call your customer care one of your exactive manipulated the things and said that your product is currently available and you can pay the amount after * month approx.this is a pathetic situation and service you are giving to your customers.from the very first day your company executive misguiding and ditching your customers by giving the statements that byju's customer care service is the best. Now from *nd of June onwards I am getting bullying phones from IIFL and Bajaj finance that we have to pay the loan amount of the product “BYJU’s “ either we have got the product or not. So please tell me why we have to pay the amount if we had not received your product till date and moreover we are not interested to buy your product anymore. They are threatening us that they will take legal actions against us if we will not pay the loan amount. As per Mr Ashish dhaman commitment and business terms and conditions of each and every company that we can cancel our product before receiving it or after receiving the product if it is not as per our requirements.so kindly take a serious note on this matter and cancel my financial agreements with IIFL and Bajaj finance as I have not received any product from your company.otherwise I will take legal action against you for asking me for the only product which I had not received yet and not any more interested to take from such a fraud company .So please resolve this matter as on a value basis
