I tried ordering products from this website smokehouse.co.in and I feel I have been victim of fraud,I ordered twice before and was satisfied while they did not sent a few item before to but I neglected it but this time they did not deliver the whole shipment and which was supposed to deliver last week now I don’t even know if is gonna get delivered or not.I tried contacting them-they have horrible communication,but whenever they did communicate they falsely claimed I will get the product soon and they are gonna re-ship it which I last checked with courier service the shipment was cancelled on their behalf and still the site tried to claim they will correct their error.Its been * days I last heard from them tried calling,texting,everything-dropped ** messages but no reply.I just want my money back not interested in product anymore but it seems I have been scammed and conned and only hope is legal support.Thanks.
