Smokehouse.co.in - no refund and not responding to mails

i have ordered two items for my friend on april ** **** and i didn't know that situation would get worsened, at that time the website showed products would be delivered, but after a week they told it won't be, so i waited anyway. On May ** **** i got a mail from a person named Rajesh Vivek saying that the orders before ** May **** are cancelled and if amount has been paid it would be refunded with in **-** days, its been over a month now, i texted them on whatsapp too and got responded the first time, but not they stopped responding to mail and texts. even the site has been modified, back then i just had to enter my phone number and login and now i have to enter using email id, so its basically creating a new account which erases the previous evidence.
