I had placed an order on **/**/**** which got cancelled but I never got the refund for even after they assured me over email that the refund will be processed soon, after which I placed another order on **/**/**** but they never delivered or cancelled or refunded. Initially customers had to log in with phone numbers on their website to place an order, but they updated their website and now we can only log in with email id, which creates a new account with no way to check the order details of the previous orders made before website update. Their phone has been switched off and they do not respond to emails anymore. I have a screenshot of the orders I had placed that cannot be found anywhere on the website anymore, to support my claim.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
