On *rd June ****, I had ordered a product from Amazon.in and was guaranteed by *th June ****. I also got the SMS regarding the same which had the number to the delivery guy and a pin at *:** pm on Tuesday *th June. Whenever I called this guy he kept disconnecting on purpose the screenshot of the same has been attached. Till * pm and also at *:** I have called on the same number but still getting disconnected by him on purpose. After complaining about this situation Amazon customer support executives didn't help me. After filling a complaint the delivery guy who's not supposed to deliver the product after * pm as per Amazon's policy of delivering a product on the commercial address on or before * pm still, the guy delivers the product without my concern. Texting me that am If I'm available at *:** pm in the office when I was on call with Amazon customer support executive. He delivered the product to the office reception without my concern & also Amazon being in this email confirmed me that the product has been delivered. After calling him on the same number he's telling me that he has delivered the product and didn't even confirm the delivery. Also when I asked him as a part of compensation can you deliver it to my home as I'm not available at the office and on that he replied "Bhul Jaa". This is so pathetic that Amazon's delivery guy responding so irresponsibly for a product of which I have already made payment. I felt so insecure at that point and wish to file a complaint against Amazon for being so irresponsible and so inauthentic with customers. Hope so my complaint will be considered and taken action ASAP.
