Wooden street furniture pvt ltd - Package Not Delivered

I ordered a study table on *th June **** at online portal of Wooden Street. The product was supposed to be delivered by * days from date of order as shown on website. The product is not yet delivered till date. When I checked the order status, it showing that product has reached nearest distribution center and will be delivered soon. But when called to its customer support number, the customer support executive said that product is still in Jodhpur and it is not shipped. When I asked to cancel the order and refund the amount as product is not delivered on time, they said that they can not cancel the order. The problem is I will be out of station for next * month and won't be able to receive the order, so i wanted to cancel it and get amount refunded. But wooden street is not cancelling the order nor committed on any future date on which product will be delivered. Kindly help in cancelling the order, and getting refund.
