I am extremely disappointed with the service from Aachho. I placed my order on **th March and it still has not been delivered. Despite multiple chats, emails, and calls, I am getting no proper update from your team.
Every time I try calling customer support, either nobody answers or the lines are always busy. This level of negligence and lack of customer support is completely unacceptable. I have been patient for weeks, but your team does not seem to be taking this issue seriously at all.
If you are unable to deliver the product, then initiate a full refund without further delay. Keeping customers waiting for such a long time without communication is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
I expect an urgent response and resolution today
