Aachho Brand Jaipur - Delivery is still not shipped and poor customer care support

I have placed order on this website on October *th and it’s already been. More than a month and still the product update was not there like in what stage the order is . And a week ago they sent like it’s going to be shipped but same no exact details about it. And what makes really frustrating is customer care support, not attending the calls and if they picked almost after trying for a full day the way which they speak to customers is very irrelevant and makes us even more frustrating . And still asking us to wait for another ** days for shipping so for how many days to be wait . It’s really disappointing and it’s my worst experience of online shopping ever .
